CONDOMINIUM - LANDMARKS

Many of our projects and condominium conversions have been in the areas of Brooklyn that grew rapidly during the latter part of the 1800’s; some of which have since been included in New York City Landmark Districts and have become desirable neighborhoods.
Subsequently we have navigated the Landmark review process at both the staff and commission levels and for projects that range from window replacements to roof decks to 2-story additions.
